Is anyone hurt, or is the car from another country?

Claiming Insurance with no injuries

Ensure Safety

Immediately check if anyone involved in the accident is injured. Call emergency services if needed.

1

Exchange Particulars

Exchange names, contact information, driver’s license numbers, and vehicle registration details with the other party involved in the accident.

Note down the time, date, and location of the accident, along with the make, model, and color of the other vehicle(s).

2

Take Photos

Use your phone to take clear photos of both vehicles, including any damage. Capture multiple angles and include close-ups of the damage and wide shots of the entire scene.

3

Bring Insurance Policy

Have your insurance policy details ready. If you don’t have a physical copy, make sure you can access it on your phone.

4
